At LuxHaul, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


Eligible Items for Return

  • Home décor, kitchenware, lighting, and building products (must be unused and in original packaging)

  • Clothing from our print-on-demand line (if defective or incorrect size/item sent)


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Final sale or clearance items


🔄 Exchange Policy

Need a different size or item? We’re happy to offer free exchanges on eligible clothing or products that arrive damaged or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


How to Start a Return:

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

  3. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
