You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Home décor, kitchenware, lighting, and building products (must be unused and in original packaging)
Clothing from our print-on-demand line (if defective or incorrect size/item sent)
Custom or personalized products
Used or damaged items not due to our error
Final sale or clearance items
Need a different size or item? We’re happy to offer free exchanges on eligible clothing or products that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
